Hip hop mogul Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson closed down his Instagram account last week. But now he’s back.
According to the “In Da Club” rapper, he was in total control of his Instagram account being deactivated. 50 claims he’s the one responsible for taking his account off of Instagram.
50 posted a photo of a headline from a news story, which suggested that 50’s IG account was deactivated due to him trolling Power actress Naturi Naughton.
50 Cent wrote “LOL Im cool with all these false report, if you don’t know why something happens you can’t just make some shit up smh I turned my own IG page off SUCKERS. #LeCheminDuRoi #bransoncognac,” on Twitter.
Yesterday, 50’s Instagram came back online, and the superstar entrepreneur began posting again.
And nothing seems to have changed either – 50’s continuing to troll the hell out of folks on Facebook’s highly touted social media platform.
This was his first post, after returning:
And the first person to get blasted on 50’s page – was his former colleague Dame Dash. When Dame was running Rocafella Records in the 2000s, 50 was running their main competitor G-Unit Records.
The two men seemed to have a good business relationship.
50 posted about Dame getting arrested yesterday, for failure to pay child support. And 50 held back on the commentary on the incident. He simply wrote, “what the f”ck is going oN HERE”
There were rumors last week that Instagram mistakenly shut down 50’s page, because they erroneously thought he was somehow affiliated with a Chinese protest group. It turns out those rumors weren’t true.
