Azriel Clary, the alleged victim and former girlfriend of shamed singer R. Kelly hopped on Twitter to throw shade at her ex after a judge shut down his third attempt to be released from jail.
“It really boggles my mind how a man would leave women in rooms for days, with no phone just paper to write an apology.. but now that you in a room all day with no phone, you don’t like it. The irony,” she tweeted.
She continued, “Don’t tell me you can’t TAKE what YOU dish out. Now, that’s FUNNY.”
Kelly’s legal team have tried three times to have the singer released early due to the coronavirus outbreak. A judge has denied his release all three times — citing Kelly as a flight risk, also claiming that he has a history of witness tampering. The jude says that his team’s diagnosis of “prediabetes” is not a strong enough argument to get the star released on home arrest ahead of his trial.
