Hailee Steinfeld doesn’t need an app to find her a date when she has a good old-fashioned horoscope at hand.
During a WIRED Autocomplete interview, the actress/pop star, 22, admitted she uses astrological charts to guide her when deciding on would-be suitors, and doesn’t hesitate to swipe left if their signs are incompatible with her Sagittarius status.
“I do find whenever I am interested in a guy, I immediately go to ‘Are Sagittarius women compatible?’ And I read up on it. And I definitely follow. If it’s not — I’m out,” she admitted.
Those single and ready to mingle Virgo and Pisces are out of luck unfortunately, as they are generally considered to be the least compatible with Sagittarius, while Aries, Leo, Libra and Aquarius might have a better chance with the “Bumblebee” actress, according to Vogue’s horoscope.
“I’m learning a lot more about my sign as I get older. And I do find that there are, you know, there are a few things are off, but for the most part, it’s pretty accurate, which is scary,” the actress added.
Hailee was linked to Cameron Smoller from 2016 to late 2017. As a Capricorn, Cameron had a decent chance in the romance department.
However, One Direction’s Niall Horan may have had an uphill battle from the beginning as a Virgo when he was rumored to be dating Hailee in 2017 and 2018.
While Hailee may be resolute regarding her horoscope restrictions, she admitted she can waver making decisions in other aspects of her life as she explained why she got her ears pierced at the ripe old age of 22 during the same interview.
“My mom wanted me to be old enough to make my own decision about getting them pierced, so when I became old enough to decide, I decided that I was too indecisive. I guess I got to a point where I was kinda waiting for someone to tell me I had to. But I woke up one day and I was like, I’m ready,” she explained.
“So rebellious, I know,” she quipped.
