Elisabeth Röhm & Judge Jonathan T. Colby Split

“Law & Order” star Elisabeth Röhm, 46, and Judge Jonathan T. Colby have reportedly called off their one-year engagement.

A source told Us Weekly, “Jonathan and Elisabeth are on good terms and remaining friends, but they were living different lives and have different priorities at this time. Sadly, they’ve decided not to get married.”

On Thursday, Röhm also posted an Instagram pic of herself without an engagement ring on her figure to fuel more split rumors. Judging from her social media accounts, she hasn’t worn the ring since January.

The last time Elisabeth and Jonathan posted about each other was six months ago. At the time, they were enjoying a vacation in Japan.

Last year, Elisabeth gushed about the engagement, telling the outlet, “We exchanged our loving engagement vows to one another in our La Jolla, California, home backyard — with the roaring Pacific Ocean waves crashing on the bluff, the sun setting over the sea and the crisp winter air. Truly as romantic as anyone could ever dream of.”

Along with feeling “so blessed,” Röhm also posted a now-deleted pic of her engagement ring on Instagram. She wrote, “I’m engaged to the most loving, kind, elegant, generous and extraordinary man! My prayers have been answered @jonathan.colby This photo was taken after Jonathan proposed and as you can see I bawled like a baby with such joy to have found my one true love who I will share my life with forever. I said YES!”

She also revealed that her parents set her up with Colby.

Colby posted a series of photos, writing on Instagram, “@elisabethrohm and I are BLESSED and GRATEFUL to share our hearts and lives together forever and ever.”

Elisabeth was previously engaged to director Austin Smithard and entrepreneur Ron Wooster.
