As he knocks on the door, Nate swings it open and everyone yells, “Surprise!” The room is filled with balloons and streamers and Damon tells them, “This is dope, y’all,” before greeting everyone one by one.
When he comes face-to-face with Simone, she tells him, “Welcome back,” and he replies, “It’s really good to see you,” and they share a warm hug.
The finale airs Monday, September 30, at 8 p.m. on The CW.
