ABOUT THE BRAND
La Vie Style House was started by two friends, Lindsey and Jamie, in Dallas back in 2013. Their styles are fun, feminine, and one size fits all. I got my hands on my first caftan way back in the beginning of 2019 and since then I have continued to add to my collection. Last year I finally had the opportunity to meet Lindsey and Jamie in person in NYC and can attest that they are as kind and funny as they are fashionable and talented. The two have continued expanding the line each year adding more categories, fabrications, and silhouettes – the latest addition being this collection that includes terry pieces.
La Vie Style House has physical locations in Dallas, Palm Beach, and Southampton that sell so many of their classics as well as exclusives styles that you won’t find online. But don’t worry, if you spot something you have to have, you can always call the store. Sadly I have yet to visit one of their physical locations, but look forward to seeing the Highland Park store in Dallas on a trip this September!
MY LA VIE STYLE HOUSE FAVORITES
While the brand has so many styles to choose from my top style remains the 3D lace maxi caftan. It comes in so many beautiful colors and is the perfect style to dress up or down. You can find me running around Sarasota in one during the day with flats and an easy tote and then transition to night by adding mules, a statement earring and a small bag. If you aren’t into the maxi length style, the mini is an amazing alternative. It’s not too short but not as overwhelming as the maxi length caftans. I personally love the short paired back to cowboy boots. In both lengths there are so many different fabrications to choose from. While the 3D lace feels the most classic I also love this crochet version, this sequin caftan, and this unique lace option.
