Rihanna and A$AP Rocky New York City Date Night

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are back out on another date night following their stunning Met Gala appearance. The couple were photographed out on the town in New York City on May 3 for dinner at Carbone restaurant, with a pregnant Rihanna showing a glimpse of her baby bump under a chic Acne Studios FW23 trench coat. Her beau matched her style wearing a white tee and red plaid shirt, along with a pair of blue jeans, a blue nylon coat, and a matching Goyard bag.

The expecting parents, who already share an a nearly 1-year-old son, seem to be enjoying their free time in NYC after showing up for fashion’s biggest night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday. Though the two arrived fashionably late (as expected), they were the talk of the night, especially Rihanna’s bridal-white gown and halo of rosettes around her head.

Rihanna and Rocky have been out and about quite a bit since the former announced her second pregnancy at the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show. Between their award show appearances, lunch outings, and Vogue cover, the pair have been keeping us up on the latest in their relationship. In their March cover story, Rihanna described the couple as being “best friends with a baby.” “We have to be on the same page, but we’ve always kind of had that in our relationship,” she added. “Everything changes when you have a baby but I wouldn’t say it’s done anything but made us closer.”

It’s unclear when the pair’s second child will arrive but in an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the Met Gala, Rihanna shared some insight into her latest pregnancy. “It’s so different from the first one,” she said on the red carpet. “No cravings. Tons of nausea. Everything’s different, but I’m enjoying it.” And in spite of her morning sickness, the mogul said, “I feel good. I feel energetic.”
