Lindsay Lohan is unveiling more details about married life and her husband, Bader Shammas. In a Vogue interview that dropped on Nov. 10, the same day Lohan and the financier made their red carpet debut at a “Falling For Christmas” screening, the actor spoke about holiday traditions, gifts, and more.
“That will always stay with me and go to my daughter when we have kids.”
Lohan, who’s been hitting the press circuit to promote her Netflix film, shared that the most memorable present she’s ever received was from her now-husband. Shammas gifted Lohan a Cartier bracelet for their first Christmas together. “That was really special to me,” she said. “That will always stay with me and go to my daughter when we have kids.” The actor added that while she never knows how to react when getting gifts, she’s a “professional gift wrapper” and gift giver. “I’m really good at [gift wrapping], even with the bows and the scissors — that little trick,” she said.
On the topic of holiday gifting, Lohan also chatted about her excitement for the upcoming festivities. “I’m crazed for Thanksgiving. I love Christmas, but I love Thanksgiving based on the food. I love family getting together and cooking. It’s so nice being with family and making it a point to be with family on holidays. Now I have a niece, so she gets to do everything for the first time. It’s really an exciting thing.”
Lohan recently revealed she married Shammas on April 3, 2022, after announcing her engagement in November 2021. “I met my person. You never know if you’re gonna find that in life, and he’s an amazing man and I love him,” she said in a recent interview. Though the pair haven’t shared when they started dating, Lohan first publicized her relationship on Instagram in 2020.
