A CONVERSATION ON COVER UPS

Cover Up: Trina Turk // Shoes: Aquazzura // Sunglasses: Linda Farrow // Bag: Balenciaga

Cover (up) Girl! It is *almost* swim season and lately I’ve been searching for an array of cover ups for both spring and summer. Below I am highlighting a few of my latest finds, from the pool specific, to the fuss free cover up you can easily transition from pool to party, to the over-the-top poolside must-have moment. Scroll through to see them all!

THE EASY TUNIC

This easy tunic is perfect back to platform sandals (like these) and an oversized tote (love this one). At under $30 this one is a no brainer. I also love this one, which at $30, is available in seven colors!

GREEN GODDESS

This two piece beauty (top here, skirt here) is the type of set that you can easily wear to the pool, then add heels, a great pair of earrings, and a chic bag for a vacation party look. It comes in so many beautiful colors, and even an incredible rainbow stripe here!

SUNNY WRAP

I will be honest, I typically opt for a tunic or caftan over a pareo, but this season I have seen so many beautiful printed pareos! I am thinking it just may be time for me to try out a few of these easy wraps. This one would be perfection back to these sunglasses (in yellow and only $15) and this chic suit.

A CHIC COVER

Something about this just screams chic. While this is a great cover-up option I also am envisioning this back to Chanel flats and a pair of oversized pearl studs for brunch. Also love this cover up and this cover up from the brand.

ALL FRILLS

I own this gauze frilled wrap and absolutely love it. I have also worn this piece open with a slip dress and a pair of strappy heels for a beachside dinner.

EYEING EYELET

I simply adore an oversized button down and this eyelet style feels modern while still being feminine and classic. It is also available in the prettiest pink shade here and in a pareo style here!

TIE IT UP

Bell sleeves and loose front tie? Sign me up! This style is begging to be paired with your favorite denim shorts and easy slides.

MADE FOR MESH

Mesh and netting styles have been all the rage and this one, between the halter neckline and fringe hem, immediately caught my eye. I would totally style this with these and these in orange.

RESORT ROMANCE

Incredibly lightweight, this style feels almost ethereal. I am very much into the exaggerated elastic waistband this spring – also love that same detail on these cover up pants!

JUST PEACHY

Another fem style that clocks in at under $30! This style comes in a blue stripe and a solid black as well. I would pair these under $100 shades.

DAY DRESS

This dress is so easy to style back to tan sandals and natural straw accessories for summer. It would also be stunning with a bright pop of red for something a bit more unexpected!

GLAM BAM

Okay, okay, if you are really going for beach glam this is your girl! Those sleeves?! The length?! I love it all!
