Summer sets! While I always love a good dress, I have to say, a frilly skirt combined with a fun top is the real way to my heart. When I first saw this puff sleeve crop top I knew it would pair back to so many different pieces in my closet – floral pants, a tulle skirt, and even a pair of lace culottes.
