MOMENTS OF CLARITY IN MARBELLA – Patricia Bright

Hello gorgeous people. I know, I know, its been a while. I’ve been living my life and living it well, but its good to be back on the blog.

Recently Mike and I took a ‘Bae’cation and found ourselves in Marbella – a gorgeous resort area in the Costa Del Sol. We stayed at the luxurious Puente Romano Beach Resort and it really did not disappoint. On arrival, we were excited to relax in our beautiful spacious room, which had a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the courtyard. Some times as parents 2-3 days away can actually feel like a a full blown holiday especially when you are able to sit back and relax.

We drank, we ate, enjoyed the scenery,  and you know me, I also like to get in those activities which there were plenty for us to try. Overall it was a great change to take that little time out. So I’m sharing a few pics from our trip

 

It is well known that I am a big lover of good food, and this place did not disappoint. From delicious fresh smoothies at Rachel’s eco love restaurant by the pool, to the mouth watering Sea grill by the seafront, to fresh pastries, and much much more, the food was soooooo good.

As well as relaxing we also wanted to get in some activities during our trip and there were plenty of options at the hotel. I tried out Nordic Walking, which was a new experience, but a fun way to burn off a load of calories along the seafront, pilates, jet skiing, and also hired bikes from the hotel and took a beautiful ride along the promenade.

The grounds of the hotel were stunning, and so of course I had to film a look-book of my favourite Summer outfits whilst I was out there, and I tell you this is something that I would not have had the confidence to do only a few month ago! We left the hotel feeling rejuvenated and totally in love with Marbella, somewhere I can’t wait to return to.
