Rapper Casanova was denied bail again after the feds reportedly used an old Nick Cannon interview against him.
According to Vlad TV, prosecutors accused him of being a “top member” of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang. They brought up an interview with Nick Cannon where Casanova claimed that he was “still ape” as evidence that he wasn’t just a “celebrity ambassador.”
They accuse him of promoting gang activity.
The rapper was denied bail in January after a judge claimed he was a danger to the community.
According to NY Daily News, Judge Halpern said, “The fact that violence seems to be perpetuated by associates of Mr. Senior … it’s plausible to interpret that as evidence … Mr. Senior doesn’t have to get his hands dirty.”
