A judge has denied a restraining order filed against Dr. Dre by his estranged wife, Nicole Young.
The judge told her she will have to present additional evidence and a hearing has been scheduled for three weeks.
Young filed for the order asking that Dr. Dre stay 100 yards away from her home in Malibu. She also requested that Dr. Dre to stay away from her, including in person, via email, or text messages.

She says she has been receiving death threats.
“Andre has verbally and emotionally decimated my personhood to the extent that I currently suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome,” she has argued in court.
But the producer says he has not seen her for weeks. He also told the court that she visited when he was admitted to the hospital weeks back. He denies all allegations against him. Dre and his legal team say that there is no need for her to be granted a restraining order.
