On Thursday, singer Taylor Swift broke news that she was releasing another surprise album, “Evermore.”
Taylor posted a sneak peek of the music video for her new single “Willow,” in which she wears a bridal-looking gown from Zimmermann that retails for $2,650.
She captioned the pic, “Tonight the story continues, as the music video for ‘willow’ drops at midnight eastern. I’m forever grateful to the following creatives who have helped and guided me to be able to direct my own videos.”
In response to the photo, one Twitter user wrote, “CAN WE FINALLY ADMIT TAYLOR IS A MARRIED WOMAN?? shes literally in a wedding dress!!!”
Another follower said, “People, I think she got married. This is def a wedding dress and the album is called #evermorealbum.”
Swift recently fueled rumors that she was engaged to her boyfriend Joe Alwyn after she changed the words to her hit song “Love Story.” In a commercial for dating app Match, she changed the lyrics from “baby, just say yes” to “baby just said yes.”
The two have been the subject of engagement rumors for a while. She seemingly shut down rumors by calling him her “boyfriend” in an interview with Entertainment Weekly last month.
Discussing her Grammy-nominated album “Folklore,” Taylor said, “The only people who knew were the people that I was making it with, my boyfriend, my family, and then my management team. So that’s the smallest number of people I’ve ever had know about something. I’m usually playing it for everyone that I’m friends with. So I had a lot of friends texting me things like, ‘Why didn’t you say on our everyday FaceTimes you were making a record?'”
Taylor and Joe have been dating for four years, but have kept their relationship private.
In 2018, Joe stressed to British Vogue, “I’m aware people want to know about that side of things. I think we have been successfully very private, and that has now sunk in for people.”
