“The Bachelorette” alum Derek Peth, 33, is taking the next step in his relationship with model Saffron Vadher!
Over the weekend, Peth revealed that they were engaged, posting an Instagram video of Vadher flaunting her new sparkler.
Derek also tweeted, “She said yes!!!”
After hearing the news, “Bachelor in Paradise” bartender Wells Adams commented, “This makes me very happy.”
Wells’ fiancé Sarah Hyland added, “These cuties are gonna get MARRIED!!!!!!!”
It is unknown how long Derek and Saffron have been dating, but they made it TikTok official in June.
In March, Vadher posted a video of Peth as part of the “Your Man Still Around?” challenge.
Months later, Derek applauded Saffron for getting “out of bed” after she squirted water on her in another TikTok video.
Peth was previously engaged to “Bachelor in Paradise” co-star Taylor Nolan, but they called off their engagement after nearly a year.
The split came just months after Derek relocated to New York City, while Taylor stayed in Seattle.
In a statement to E! News, the pair said, “It is with much sadness that we have decided to end our engagement. We put everything we could into our relationship and are heartbroken to go forward separately, but we know this is the best decision for the both of us. We will still be present in each other’s lives with support, admiration and respect for each other.”
