Four years after their split, Tobey Maguire’s estranged wife Jennifer Meyer has filed for divorce.
TMZ reports Meyer filed the papers in Los Angeles on Friday.
In 2016, they announced their split after nine years of marriage. The two said in a statement to People magazine, “After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”
Over the years, Maguire and Meyer have maintained an amicable relationship since their separation. In 2018, he showed his support for her at her jewelry store opening in the Pacific Palisades, while she called him the “greatest ex-husband.”
Tobey and Jennifer have two children; Otis, 11, and Ruby, 13.
Since the split, Maguire has been dating model Tatiana Dieteman, 27. Earlier this year, a source told Us Weekly, “Tobey and Tatiana live together and they’re really happy. Tobey’s kids love her. She’s great with them.”
“Tatiana and Tobey’s ex-wife Jen get along well too,” the insider added.
Last year, Jennifer was linked to NBA agent Rich Paul. An insider shared, “Jen has never been happier. They are six months in and it’s on. They are super happy and super in love. It’s very unexpected and an incredible relationship. Rich makes her laugh.”

Another pal added, “They were together on Mother’s Day and her whole family and her friends were with him at her birthday party a few weeks ago. They all totally embrace him and are supportive of the relationship. It’s really great for her and it shows.”
It is unclear if Jennifer and Rich are still dating.
