Production for the upcoming movie, The Batman, has been halted after its leading star, Robert Pattinson, tested positive for COVID-19.
“A member of ‘The Batman’ production has tested positive for Covid-19 and is isolating in accordance with established protocols,” a Warner Bros. spokesperson said in a statement. “Filming is temporarily paused.”
It was soon revealed that Pattinson was the member of the production.
The movie was reportedly seven weeks into filming when they had to halt production the first time due to the pandemic. There is approximately three months of footage left to shoot, which should be completed before the end of 2020.

You see that he’s charting what he’s doing, and he’s seeing he isn’t having any of the effect that he wants to have yet,” Reeves said recently at the DC Fandome event, which debuted the new trailer. “The murders start to happen, and the murders start to describe a history of Gotham. It only reinforces what he knows about Gotham, but opens up a whole world of corruption that went much further.”
