Posing in a nursing bra and maternity underwear, she wrote, “Hair n makeup by @exhaustion. Bra by @medela_us. Underwear by @fridamom.” The 35-year-old included an “MTV VMAs” sticker above her head.

Her new song “Not the End of the World” played along with the pic.

Katy and fiancé Orlando Bloom welcomed their baby girl Daisy Dove Bloom on Wednesday.

The UNICEF ambassadors broke the news on the UNICEF Instagram page.

Along with sharing a black-and-white photo of their hands intertwined with their daughter’s, they wrote, “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.

“But we know we’re the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was,” the couple continued. “Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes. Since COVID-19 many more newborn lives are at risk because of the increased lack of access to water, soap, vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases. As parents to a newborn, this breaks our hearts, as we empathize with struggling parents now more than ever.”

Katy, 35, and Orlando, 43, ended the post by asking for donations for UNICEF, writing, “As UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors, we know UNICEF is there, on the ground, doing whatever it takes to make sure every expecting mother has access to a trained health worker and access to quality healthcare. In celebration of the heart we know our daughter already has, we have set up a donation page to celebrate DDB’s arrival. By supporting them, you are supporting a safe start to life and reimagining a healthier world for every child. We hope your ♥️ can bloom with generosity.”

Orlando is also the father of son Flynn with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr.

Just a few days before welcoming the baby, Katy spoke with “Extra’s” Jenn Lahmers about how her pregnancy had changed her view of what women’s bodies are capable of, and how it had changed the way she looks at her own body.

She said, “Women are just so many beautiful things and can handle so much and are adaptable, and the weight — I mean, speaking of weight — I look back at pictures and some of the music videos I got to do for this record before I was pregnant… At that time, I thought I was a little chunky and now I’m 45 pounds later, so…”
