Popular actress Tia Mowry told her fans yesterday that she’s lost 68lbs since the birth of her second child, daughter Cairo Tiahna Hardrict, who was born in 2018.
MTO News had been chronicling Tia’s weight struggles for the past few years. It took Tia a while, but she’s now back to her pre-baby weight.
‘I’ve lost to date 68 pounds since giving birth to my daughter,’ Tia told her fans yesterday. ‘I’m very proud that I did it my way and in my time. I didn’t feel rushed to snap back.’
The 42-year-old added: ‘I enjoyed breast feeding and spending quality time with #cairo and my son #cree. To all the women who are feeling pressured after birth. Do YOU! Do what makes YOU proud and do it in your time. Not anyone else’s.’
