300 pound pop star Lizzo unveiled her new diet to fans online. The ‘healthy’ new diet is almost entirely vegan, MTO News has confirmed, and is supposed to make Lizzo a lot healthier.
But according to online nutritionists, Lizzo’s new diet still gives her a lot more calories than necessary – and will likely NOT lead to any meaningful weight loss.
One nutritionist claimed – after analyzing Lizzo’s videos – the portly pop star is eating about 3,000 calories with this new diet. That’s almost twice what the US Food & drug Administration recommends for women.
The nutritionist said on her social media page, “Still a ton of calories. Portion control is not in her vocabulary.”
