Josh Flagg Talks Strange Coincidence Over Grandmother’s Photo, Plus: Celeb Real Estate News

“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star Josh Flagg is mourning the death of his grandmother Margie, who passed away at 89 from COVID-19.

“Extra” caught up with Josh today, who shared, “She was the most fabulous woman ever. Everything was ‘Divine, darling, good morning, darling.’ She would tell you she thought she was Norma Desmond.”

He also opened up about finding a photo after she passed away that struck a chord with him. Flagg revealed, “I was looking online, just Googling images of her… The first image that came up was her in a living room, I think it was 1952… It said a street that we live on. I was like, ‘Oh, that’s funny,’ I looked closer and I was like, ‘Oh, that was our block.’ Then, I looked closer and I was like, ‘Whoa, she’s sitting in our living room… It was weird.” See the photo below.

As a Realtor to the stars, Josh is staying busy with work during the pandemic. “We closed today, escrow on Lori Loughlin and Mossimo [Giannulli]’s house. We closed that today, which was a great sale. That one we sold to my buddy Justin [Mateen], who created Tinder… We closed that at $18.75 [million]… It’s busy right now.”

He said of the home, “It’s just stunning, really a magnificent house. They have impeccable taste.”

Breaking news on another celeb home, he said, “We have Matthew Perry’s house going up on the market in Malibu… My husband Bobby and I are listing it. It’s a fantastic contemporary house on the ocean, the sand, in Malibu, totally redone.”
