Ayesha Curry Talks Family Life with Husband Steph, the NBA Bubble, and Staying Fit in Quarantine

Ayesha Curry is enjoying family time during quarantine with her NBA star husband Steph Curry and their three children.

“Extra’s” Billy Bush caught up with Ayesha, who posts lots of cute moments on social media, including Steph singing.

Ayesha told Billy, “Our kids, all their birthdays are this month, so they’re going to be 8, 5, and 2… We’ve got to get down and have fun with them.”

They are having fun, but they’re also keeping it real with their kids, educating them about the coronavirus. She explained, “With our kids, we want them to ask the questions and we’re there to answer them honestly. And for us, it’s been making sure they are fully aware of what’s going on… They understand why they have to wear a mask… and I think it’s the first step to making the change.”

The family is also giving back and serving meals at a local food bank. “That’s been our biggest thing with our foundation out here — Eat. Learn. Play. — just making sure the Bay Area and Oakland community is taken care of during this crazy time.”

Three-time champion Steph, who plays for the Golden State Warriors, won’t be heading to Orlando to participate in the NBA bubble.

How pleased is she that he doesn’t have to go? Ayesha smiled, saying, “I plead the Fifth.” She added her well wishes for those playing, “Everybody stay safe, all of that.”

She also shared her secret to staying in shape during the pandemic, teaming up with Fitbit for Fitbit Premium, “I use it to track calories…
It really was the boost I needed to get closer to my goals that I’ve set for myself.”
