The Florida born comedian whose real name is Roland ‘Lil Duval’ Powell, was dragged into court this week, by his baby mama Tornica Cheney. She filed a child support lawsuit against the jokester, who went mainstream with his 2018 song “Smile (Living My Best Life)” featuring Snoop Dogg.
Tornica is demanding that the court grant her a formal child support order for their 12-year-old daughter. She also claims that she wants to know EXACTY how much money Lil Duval is making, so that she cn get a cut of his income.
Lil Duval’s babys mama wants an audit of his finances before the amount is determined. She also want’s the comedian to provide healthcare and make the child the beneficiary of a $1 million insurance policy on himself.
