Gunna & Young Thug: Rappers’ New Drug Of Choice Is Whippits!!

In the 1990s the drug of choice for hip hop was marijuana, then in the 2000s it turned into learn, and in the 2010s it was pills.

Now the new hip hop drug of the 2020s appears to be – WHIPPITS!!

MTO News reported earlier, that R&B singer Chris Brown is addicted to whippets (link to article here). Now two rappers – Gunna and Young Thug have come out publicly, and explained that they recreationally use the drug,

Nitrous oxide or “Whipits” is an inhalant drug that can cause analgesia, depersonalization, derealisation, dizziness, euphoria, and some sound distortion. In some cases, it may cause slight hallucinations and have a mild aphrodisiac effect.

Young Thug is a rapper, singer, and songwriter. Known for his eccentric vocal style and fashion, he first received attention for his collaborations with rappers Birdman and Gucci Mane.
