Tekashi 6ix9ine Violates Parole While ‘Trolling’ Snoop Dogg; Fans Contact FBI

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine may be headed back to federal prison, just as early as he was released. Yesterday the 24 year old rapper, who is currently on “supervised home confinement” appeared to have violated multiple laws, while trolling rival rapper Snoop Dogg.

And MTO News has learned that at least a dozen of Snoop’s fans have “snitched” on Tekashi, both to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and to the federal judge who released Tekashi form prison early.

Tekashi posted a video of Snoop, who is married, semi dressed in his bedroom with popular Insta-thottie Celina Powell. Tekashi was hoping to expose Snoop’s extra-marital affair as part of a “trolling” campaign.

But he must have quickly realized that he messed up – because Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, deleted the video he posted.

Here’s what he posted:

But in doing so, Tekashi likely exposed himself to more prison time.

Fans quickly began accusing Tekashi of violating California’s revenge porn laws – and in doing so – violating the terms of his release from prison.

MTO News confirmed that California law states makes it a crime for “any person who intentionally distributes the image of the intimate body part or body parts of another identifiable person, or an image of the person depicted engaged in an act of sexual intercourse.”

In the video, which you can see below, Snoop is semi-dressed, and his pants are hanging low – exposing his buttocks.

But that’s not the only law that Tekashi violated, according to Snoop’s fans.

Tekashi may have also violated California’ wire-tapping laws, MTO News is hearing. Under California law, it is illegal to record a person inside their home without their knowledge. The law makes it also illegal to spread, or circulate, any “secretly” recorded video on the Internet.

In the video, of Snoop and Celina – it’s pretty clear that Snoop had no idea that he was being filmed – making it a crime.

Under strict interpretation of the federal rules, Tekashi could be rearrested and wind up behind bars again- if the feds agree with Snoop’s fans.

The more likely outcome, however, is that Tekashi will be entitled to a hearing where the judge or parole board will decide whether he violated the conditions of supervised release and, if so, whether to send him back to jail or prison.
