R. Kelly’s Request For Early Prison Released Denied By Judge For 3rd Time!!

A federal judge in New York has once again rejected R. Kelly’s request for release pending trial for the third time.

Kelly’s attorneys argued that the star was suffering from symptoms of diabetes even though he has not formerly been diagnosed with the illness.

A judge rejected their arguments, stating that his diagnosis of prediabetes is not enough to put him at high risk of contracting COVID-19 behind bars. Much like the previous two denials, the judge expressed his concern that if released, Kelly could threaten or tamper with witnesses.

There is reportedly evidence to suggest that he allegedly tampered with witnesses before his 2008 child pornography trial in Cook County. He was acquitted on all charges.

The disgraced star was due to go on trial for RICO charges in April in New York, but that will not take place in September. He is slated to face charges in Chicago in October and his charges in Minnesota do not have a date yet scheduled.
