Boosie Badazz may have deleted his Instagram page, but the bad news keeps on coming at it was announced by the Attorney General’s office that they are suing him for failing to pay child support.
According to reports, the Georgia State Department of Human Services is suing him for failure to provide for his 11-year-old daughter, Lyric Beyonce, financially.
The suit was filed by Special Assistant Attorney General, Don Snow, on behalf of the child’s mother Gelisa Hayes per BOSSIP.
Hayes and the state reportedly want immediate child support of a “reasonable amount,” and for Boosie’s wages to be garnished. They are also asking for health and accident insurance for the Lyric and that he can take a DNA test through the state if he needs validation that he fathered the child.
Boosie recently deactivated his Instagram account after launching into a tirade against fellow rapper, Webbie. He also faced severe criticism this month for alleging that he pays grown women to give his underage sons fellatio.
