I’d be the first to admit. Even with the world on pause, I can count on both hands the number of days I have clocked in the recommended eight hours of sleep. Going into quarantine, I had grand plans for the two months ahead. In my head, the two months were meant to pan out for me like metamorphosis does for a caterpillar. I would emerge from my cocoon well-rested with clear, flawless skin. Cut to reality – my body clock is pretty much running on New York’s time zone and I’ve never spent more time staring into screens in my life than I have in the past month and a half.
