Explained! How Bruce Willis & Demi Moore Ended Up Quarantining Together

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore are quarantining together in Idaho with their daughters Rumer, 31, Scout, 28, and Tallulah, 26. Fans, however, have wondered why Bruce’s wife Emma Heming and their daughters Mabel, 8, and Evelyn, 5, didn’t make the trip from L.A.

Now, Scout tells the addiction and recovery podcast “Dopey” that it had to do with a medical issue.

“My stepmom was going to come up here, too, with my little sisters,” she said, but their plans were interrupted when one of the girls found a hypodermic needle at a park. Scout said, “She actually tried to poke her shoe with it and poked her foot.”

She went on, “So my stepmom had to be in L.A. waiting to, like, get the results for taking her to the doctor. My dad came up here early and then travel got crazy and so my stepmom stayed in L.A. with my little sisters.”

Meanwhile, Scout is enjoying the family time. She said, “It’s been really funny having both my parents at the house where they, like, raised us, which has been really cute… It’s kind of divine timing to just get this time hang out with them… I’m very grateful to be with my family.”

She said everyone in her immediate family is sober, and that makes isolating together easier. “We all know how to communicate so well now because of that,” she said. “I’m in a good place to deal with any emotional intensity that comes up with people.”

The family has been posting pics on social media, and Emma commented from afar. She wrote, “Family bonding at its finest. Love and miss you guys.”
