Tiger King star Joe Exotic finally received some good luck as his request to extend his wrongful imprisonment lawsuit was granted a 30 days extension by a judge.
Exotic argued that he was unable to get the resources required to make his case, as prisoners are currently being quarantined due to the pandemic.
“Sorry for the handwritten letter,” Exotic wrote in the letter obtained by TMZ. “However I am being isolated at the Federal Medical Center [in] Fort Worth and have NO access to a computer, phone, email or libary [sic] to respond to the government’s last request. I am asking for at least [a] 30-day extension to the deadline of April 28th, 2020 in hopes I am allowed access to use things in order to properly answer their request.”
Exotic is currently serving a 22-year sentence for plotting the murder of rival, Carole Baskin as well as several wildlife violations.
