Rapper Fetty Wap faces yet more legal woes as a woman has filed a lawsuit against him, claiming that he strangled her and punched her outside of his LA home.
According to the legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the woman claims in June of 2019 — she was invited to his home where the Fetty and a bunch of friends were partying. She says that “during the course of the night, Fetty Wap consumed numerous alcoholic beverages culminating with (Fetty) drinking tequila directly from the bottle. Without any justification or provocation, (Fetty) began getting aggressive and physical toward numerous people, including the (her).”
She said that after making a comment to her friend, which Fetty overheard, he began to press his hand to her face and push his finger to her forehead. She says he also violently grabbed Plaintiff by her throat and strangled her.” She adds, “While still choking her, (Fetty) forcefully pushed Plaintiff against a window and threatened Plaintiff by saying “I’ll kill you.”
The accuser says that “Fetty Wap continued to grab and push (her) before finally swinging and punching Plaintiff directly in the face.”
She is suing for unspecified damages. Here is video footage of part of the night in question.
