Last week, Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty was arrested in California. Police charged him with allegedly failing to register as a sex offender in the State.
California has a law called Megan’s Law. Every person criminally convicted of a sex crime is forced to “register” online and disclose their current address.
And while Kenneth may have not been on the site before, he is now. MTO News did a quick search on the site and we can confirm that Kenneth is currently registered.
What’s disturbing to many Nicki fans is that the address that Kenneth was forced to disclose – is Nicki Minaj’s Beverly Hills address. MTO News is not publishing the address.
According to the Megan’s Law site, Kenneth was convicted of the crime of “ATTEMPTED RAPE BY FORCE OR FEAR.”
Kenneth’s rape charge occurred more than 20 years ago. And the details surrounding the rape charge are now disputed by Kenneth and Nicki.
