The coronavirus may have struck a nursing home in Ohio outside of Columbus, MTO News has learned.
One of the employees at the elder care facility has blown the whistle – and disclosed publicly that 10 patients are being quarantined. The elderly residents are suspected of having a contagious respiratory aliment – possibly the Coronavirus.
The whistleblower works at the elder care center, and was disturbed by what she saw. According to the whistleblower – 10 residents came down with a mysterious respiratory virus. They all quickly exhibited flu like symptoms and were coughing.
But what’s even more concerning is that none of the residents tested positive for the flu.
The residents are now being confined to their rooms, while doctors scramble to decide – whether or not to test the residents for the Coronavirus.
According to reports, Ohio has one of the worst records when it comes to testing for the Coronavirus. To date, only 14 people in the entire state have been tested.
MTO News reached out to the director of the Ohio Department of Aging for comment. So far, we have not yet received a response.
According to Google, there are more than 10 nursing homes in the Newark/Heath area of Ohio.
