Gigi Hadid doesn’t mess around when it comes to defending her loved ones. On Feb. 23, the 24-year-old model clapped back at Jake Paul when the popular YouTuber claimed Zayn Malik was rude to him. “Almost had to clap up zane [sic] from 1 direction because he is a little guy and has an attitude and basically told me to f*ck off for no reason when I was being nice to him,” Jake wrote. “Zane [sic] ik you’re reading this . . . stop being angry cause u came home alone to ur big ass hotel room hahaha.”
Gigi quickly came to her boyfriend’s defense, writing, “Lol cause he doesn’t care to hang w you and your embarrassing crew of YouTube groupies ..? Home alone with his best friends like a respectful king cause he has me, sweetie. Unbothered by your irrelevant ugly ass. Go to bed.” Zayn has yet to respond to Jake.

In 2018, Gigi addressed rumors that their relationship was fake, writing, “Seems like u guys tag me in a new post every day . . . pls stop . . . it’s just negative.” The following year, Zayn called Gigi “the most amazing woman I’ve ever known” after fans believed he shaded her while they were reportedly on a break. “If you have anything to say @ me and I’ll put you the f*ck straight,” he added. “If you know nothing shut your f*cking mouth.”
