The Real’s Amanda Seales was hired by The Real less than a month ago, and she’s already making waves.
Yesterday, while discussing actor Jussie Smollet’s recent indictment, Amanda suggested that the disgraced actor was “low key noble” for staging his attack.
Amanda told the audience, “Even if [Jussie’s attack] was a hoax. This is really happening all the time.'”
She continued, “And if it was a hoax to bring attention to [violence against LBGTQ] then that’s low key noble.”
Listen:
Not everyone on the panel agreed with her. As soon as Amanda made that statement, Adrienne’s head jerked back in astonishment. And shot a very confused stare at Amanda.
Tamera Mowry was equally shocked by Amanda’s logic. Her eyes got very wide, and she looked very uncomfortable – like she was holding something in.
Jeannie Mae then followed up and asked Amanda “What should be the correct punishment for Jussie?” Amanda said “It should literally be…,” then she put up her two hands and motioned to the audience a slap on the wrist and closed her remarks by saying that people get a slap on the wrist “all the time.”
But is she right tho….?
