Romeo Miller has officially quit the WEtv series Growing Up Hip Hop, MTO News has learned.
Romeo was an initial cast member of the show, which launched in 2016 on WeTV. For the first few seasons, Romeo’s storyline revolved around him building a potential romance with co-star Angela Simmons.
This year Is different. Angela and Romeo aren’t flirting, in fact they aren’t even friends. And as a result, Romeo’s place on the show is starting to look a little “forced.”
Today, a website is reporting, and MTO News has confirmed that Romeo’s had enough – and has notified producers that he’s quitting the show.
According to TheJasmineBRAND, Romeo Romeo and the production crew have been at odds. “Romeo nor his father (Master P) would never go against their morals for money for any network,” the insider reportedly said.
“He hasn’t been on much of this season and is focusing on his many businesses, career and his love life with new girlfriend. Romeo has nothing against the cast, they’re just growing apart and he rather explore the truth not a fake love triangle that the network is dragging out.”
