Attorney’s of a President Trump rape accuser are going after trying to get their hands on his DNA after claiming that it may still be on the dress his alleged victim wore on the night in question.
Advice columnist E. Jean Carroll’s lawyers served notice to a Trump attorney just yesterday for Trump to submit a sample on Mar. 2 in Washington for “analysis and comparison against unidentified male DNA present on the dress.”
NBC News is reporting that Carroll’s lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, had the black wool coat-style dress tested and that a lab report says DNA found on the sleeves was a mix of at least four contributors, at least one of them male.
Last summer, Carroll accused Trump of raping her in a Manhattan luxury department store dressing room in the mid-1990s. “The Donna Karan coatdress still hangs on the back of my closet door, unworn and unlaundered since that evening,” she wrote in the article.
Trump denies the allegations against him.
