Rapper Soulja Boy is reportedly being sued after a woman alleges that he pistol-whipped her in the head.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Soulja was sued in Los Angeles Superior Court by a woman who claims that she had an on and off again “romantic” relationship with him for four years.
In the woman documents, the woman claims that she and another female who worked for the rapper got into a physical altercation over backing a car out of the rapper’s driveway. She says that midway through the altercation, Soulja Boy “approached yelling profanities and kicked her, stomped her on the stomach, and bashed her head with a large gun.”
The woman alleges in her suit that Soulja “held the gun to her head and told her she was going to die that night and would not make it home.” She claims she was “hurt so badly that she had trouble breathing.”
She was then taken to the bathroom to shower by his assistant, where he watched but that he “was not happy with how (the woman) looked after the shower and asked her to take a second shower because she still had mud and dirt on her from when Soulja beat her by his driveway.”
And it gets worse.
The unidentified female says that “instructed his assistant, to take her in the garage and tie her up with duct tape.”
She claims that she was “wrapped an extension cord around (her) arms and took (her) into the garage” where she was watched by several people at the home for four hours, one of the men said, “that he would let her go if she performed oral sex on him.” She did as a means to escape the garage. Following her release,she says she was taken to the hospital and suffered three fractured ribs and a facial wound.
The woman is suing for assault & battery, false imprisonment, and sexual battery and for an undisclosed amount as she says that she still suffers from emotional distress, anxiety, depression, humiliation, and fear.
