The four men who stand accused of killing late rapper XXXtentacion will appear in court together this Spring.
According to documents obtained by AllHipHop, Michael Boatwright, Trayvon Newsome, Dedrick Williams, and Robert Allen have been ordered to a mandatory hearing on May 15 before Broward Circuit Judge Michael Usan.
It is alleged that the defendants blocked XXXTentacion’s car into the parking lot of a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida, in June of 2018. They then exited their vehicle and tried to rob him, but he resisted and was shot to death in his car.
Boatwright, Newsome, Williams, and Allen were subsequently apprehended and charged with murder and armed robbery with a firearm.
It’s almost been two years since XXX’s passing, and fans have been treated to new music since his death – courtesy of his estate, but it’s long overdue for his alleged killers to face justice.
All those charged deny the charges against them.
