Fourteen-year-old Atlanta gang member De’Quandre Weaver was convicted last fall of shooting a pizza delivery man. Convicting him was easy – because the teenage gangster went on Facebook Live, and confessed to the shooting.
He can be heard bragging on camera, saying “I shot the n*gga” while waving a gun.

Police say that De’Quandre and two other teens ordered pizza to an abandoned “trap house” in Atlanta. When the 20-year-old driver arrived, he was attacked and shot three times, police said. Despite being critically injured, the driver managed to get away.
In court, prosecutors played cellphone video of De’Quandre bragging about the shooting and robbery shortly after it happened. That was enough, and De’Quandre plead guilty and was sentenced to 20 years . He plead guilty to armed robbery, hijacking a motor vehicle, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with intent to murder, participation in criminal street gang activity, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and simple battery.
The district attorney recently released De’Quandre’s confession video to the public.
