Dame Dash has reportedly filed a lawsuit against WETV for requiring his soon, Boogie Dash, to drink alcohol while drinking the show to help boost the show’s ratings.
Viewers of the show will be aware that Boogie has suffered from addiction, and Dame has tried hard to get him to kick them – a task allegedly made more difficult by the network. Dame is suing then network for the emotional distress he says they have caused his family.
He is also after them for some money that he says they owe. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dame admits there’s a court order directing We TV to divert all money to Dame’s creditors, but he claims We TV should not be withholding the dough, in this case, because the money’s owed to his third-party company, Poppington.
The exact amount has not been disclosed to the public.
