Basketball Producer Shaunie O’Neal is going viral this morning on Twitter. Someone found out her government name and posted it online – and people are making fun of her – and calling her name ghetto.
And well, we have to agree her name is ghetto.
Shaunie’s real name is Va’shaundra Karlette Nelson. You know a name is extra ghetto when it has an apostrophe in the middle of it.

She’s a successful TV personality, entrepreneur, philanthropist and one of the executive producers of VH-1’s reality TV series, Basketball Wives, Basketball Wives LA, and Baller Wives.
She was formerly a film marketer and the ex-wife of former NBA center Shaquille O’Neal.
Shaunie is a multi-millionaire and an accomplished television producer in Hollywood.
Despite calls for her show Basketball Wives to be canceled amid fighting among the cast, creator/EP Shaunie O’Neal has revealed that the series is coming back despite none of the conflicts between the women being resolved.
This past season, Evelyn Lozada pissed off a lot of viewers with her seemingly racist comments about her co-stars and retired women’s football player O.G was deemed too aggressive after threatening to kill multiple castmates, Celebrity Insider reported.
O’Neal has also been accused of being a colorist because viewers think she plays favorites with both Evelyn Lozada and Malaysia Pargo.
