“Arrow” star Katie Cassidy is ending her marriage to Matthew Rodgers, reports TMZ.
The actress, who plays Black Canary on the hit CW show, filed for divorce on Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court.
The couple announced their engagement in June 2017. At the time, she gushed on Instagram, “I can’t wait to spend forever with you my darling!! I’m the luckiest girl in the whole world. I [heart emoji] YOU to the moon and back @mattyice432 Thank you for a magical evening I will forever remember.”
Katie and Matthew said “I do” in December 2018 in Sunset Key, Florida. Afterward, she shared photos and the message, “I can’t help falling in love with you.”
Cassidy was previously linked to Jesse McCartney, Jarret Stoll and Jerry Ferrara.
