More than a year after calling off her engagement with ex-fiancé Chris Zylka, Paris Hilton, 38, has a new man!
Over the weekend, Paris was seen packing on the PDA with businessman Carter Reum at the Warner Bros. & InStyle Golden Globes party.
A source told People magazine, “They are dating and happy.”
Another insider told Us Weekly that Paris and Carter were “all over each other,” even “making out.” It was clear that they “not trying to hide their relationship.”

Carter is reportedly a longtime friend of the Hilton family. He is one of the co-founders of liquor brand VEEV Spirits, which has named one of Inc. magazine’s 500 fastest-growing companies.
Last year, Paris revealed what she was looking for in a man, telling “Extra’s” Renee Bargh, “I think it’s all about someone who’s your best friend, someone you can trust, someone who can make you laugh. Trust is the most important thing.”
At the time, Paris still had her massive engagement ring from Chris, saying, “It’s just chilling in my safe… I think it will make an amazing choker.”
Paris and Chris called it quits after nearly two years together. A source told JustJared.com, “They broke up and called off their engagement… earlier this month. Their relationship started to become off-kilter after about two years together.”
Since their split, Paris has been linked to British comedian Jack Whitehall and “Riverdale” star KJ Apa.
