Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine may have gotten a sweet deal from the federal prosecutors, but he could be facing additional prison time. MTO News has learned that Brooklyn prosecutors are investigating Tekashi for rape and assault charges.
MTO News has confirmed that Tekashi’s baby’s mother Sara has contacted the Brooklyn District Attorneys sex crimes unit, to accuse Tekashi of rape and assault. If charged, Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, faces up to 15 additional years behind bars.
Tekashi pleaded guilty to drug dealing and attempted murder, and got less than 2 years in prison – after snitching on his friends.
But the federal judge didn’t take into account these new rape and physical abuse allegations against the rapper, brought by his baby’s mother, Sara Molina.
Sara claims that Tekashi repeatedly beat and raped her during their relationship. According to Sara, the rapper raped her while the couple was in Dubai – and then again when they returned to their home in Brooklyn. She also claims that he frequently beat her.
In an interview earlier this year, she explained how Tekashi beat and raped her. “He started to punch me again,” she said. “He started beating me for two hours straight.”
He seemed suddenly stronger, more ferocious, more determined not just to hurt but to injure more than during the previous beatings, she said.
“He had the craziest look in his eyes,” she remembered. “I was scared. ‘Why is he acting this way?’ I had never seen him like that. He punched me so hard in my right ear I thought I was deaf.”
Then, she claims Tekashi raped her repeatedly.
