Tuesday’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” picked up with Kelly Dodd surprisingly apologizing to Tamra Judge immediately after their poolside feud in Miami, during which Kelly called Tamra a liar who gets sued and Tamra said that Kelly “sucks dick for money.”
What cameras didn’t show last episode, though, was Tamra revealing to Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson that “Vicki [Gunvalson]’s talking to that girl that [Kelly] was in that bar fight with.” In the moment, Emily responded, “That’s ugly! Vicki doesn’t need to be involved in that!”
The ladies packed up their bags and hit the road for Key West. In the Tres Amigas car, Vicki’s phone just so happened to go off. It was a message from the woman Vicki claimed messaged her about the supposed bar fight. Since Vicki was driving, Tamra and Shannon Beador checked the message and let Vicki know the woman had sent her even more photos of her alleged injuries.
Once in Key West, Emily and Gina revisited the bomb Tamra dropped on them back in Miami. While in their hotel room getting ready to go out, Gina said she was still “disturbed” by it all. “That’s none of Vicki’s business,” she whispered to Emily so their other roommate, Kelly, wouldn’t hear. “Why is she mixing into it? Why is she doing that? I thought they were cool. I think we gotta go talk to f–king Vicki and tell her that ‘This is f–ked up and you gotta stop and you gotta tell Kelly,’ or we gotta tell Kelly. Someone’s gotta tell her.”
“And then she’ll tell us to go f–k ourselves,” Emily said with a laugh, as Gina replied sternly, “If she tells us to go f–k ourselves then f–k her! And then f–king Kelly’s gonna murder her.”
The ladies then all met up for a drag show. Everyone had a great time except for Vicki. “I don’t understand it. Boys dress like girls, and girls dress like boys. I don’t get it. Sorry, drags,” she said during a later confessional. While at another bar, Gina couldn’t hold it in anymore. She told Tamra and Shannon she felt what Vicki was doing was wrong.
Eventually, Gina summoned Vicki to come over — with Tamra, Shannon and Emily present. When Gina brought up that she knew about the messages Vicki had been exchanging with the woman who claimed Kelly broke her hand, Vicki became incredibly defensive, saying Kelly’s done and said some “shitty” things to her. Vicki was also upset with Tamra for telling Gina in the first place. Gina begged Vicki to tell Kelly, but she refused, so Gina and Emily said they’d take matters into their own hands.
While all this was happening, Shannon walked over to Kelly to fill her in on everything “so that the bomb doesn’t turn into the nuke.” That’s when the groups somehow came together and Vicki tried to explain herself. She told the camera, “I’m actually scared of Kelly — physically scared of her. She’s got a track history of hurting people. Not just here, I’ve heard…I don’t want to repeat rumors, but I’ve heard she’s had a lot of altercations with a lot of people.”
Kelly remained calm and asked Vicki why this woman reached out to her.
“You hurt her! That’s what she said!” Vicki shouted.
“You hurt people!” Kelly fired back. “You hurt people with cancer for your own (inaudible).” Vicki shouted back, “What did I benefit?!”
Kelly called Vicki “rude” and “f–king conwoman” as she threw it in her face that she was “getting sued” by the daughter of an 84-year-old woman, who was claiming fraud on Gunvalson’s part. Vicki has previously denied the claims.
Vicki told Kelly to “go hit somebody else,” then offered up her own hand. Kelly refused, saying hitting Vicki wouldn’t be worth it.
“Why would I try to hit you, Vicki?” Kelly asked, as Vicki fired back, “Why do you want to hurt me at all?!”
“I don’t! Stop conning people!” Kelly shouted, while Vicki screamed over her, “You are a bully! I don’t con anybody, you bitch!”
“You’re a conwoman, conlady. You’re a liar,” Kelly maintained.
“F–king slut! SLUT!” Vicki screeched, walking away to catch her breath before returning for more. “You called me a f–king conwoman! I’ve never conned anybody in my life! I was conned!”
“Liar,” Kelly replied calmly, as Vicki urged Tamra and Shannon to remove her from the situation before she “hit her.” Outside, Vicki had a total meltdown, as Kelly cried to the other women about “being attacked so much.”
The next day, the ladies went out on the water in little boats that doubled as bars. What could go wrong? Tamra spoke to Kelly and told her Vicki would be apologizing for responding to the accuser’s initial message, but before Vicki could even do that, Kelly got a text from her ex-husband, Michael. “Michael just wrote me this!” she shouted for all to hear. “Michael says he’s got a lot of dirt on you and that your engagement will implode in two seconds!”
“You are a terrible person, Kelly!” Vicki shouted back. “Can’t you be happy for me?! Can’t you be happy?”
“I’m talking to Michael, you f–king pig!” Kelly screeched, as Vicki shouted back, “Of course you are!” while she made a hand gesture insinuating oral sex.
“Look at the color that you are!” Kelly continued. “You f–king fit right in with that pink blush!”
Tamra and the other women immediately got on Kelly’s case for attacking Vicki’s physical appearance. As Emily explained, she should have attacked Vicki’s “character — ’cause that sucks!”
Throwing her middle finger in the air, Vicki shouted, “F–k you, Kelly Dodd! F–k you!”
Later on in the episode, after being out with the Tres Amigas and Gina, a drunk Vicki slipped and fell and hurt her foot badly enough that she ended up having to go to the hospital by ambulance.
