New legal documents have been leaked online which show a Georgia man, with the same name and physical description of the rapper Cash Out – has been charged with rape, pimping, and numerous other charges.
According to the court documents, John-Michael Hakim Gibson who is 160 pounds and 5 foot 9 was charged with rape, aggravated sodomy, simple battery, sex trafficking, pimping, and pandering.
The docs show that John-Michael Hakim Gibson was arrested in the Atlanta area in June, and bailed out a little more than a month later. His bond was just $10,000.
Rapper Cash Out’s real name is John-Michael Hakim Gibson, and he’s about 5 foot 9 and 160 pounds. He’s also from Atlanta.
It’s not clear whether the man arrested is the rapper Cash Out since Fulton County hasn’t released a mugshot, but the similarities in both name and physical description of the two men are uncanny.
Cash Out’s debut album Let’s Get It, was released on August 26, 2014 and was preceded by the lead single “She Twerkin”. Prior to this, he achieved success with the hit single “Cashin’ Out”, which peaked at number 36 on the Billboard Hot 100.
