Kim Kardashian lied to Khloe Kardashian about a conversation she had with Kylie Jenner, and it’ll all come out on Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
The good news, though, is that it was a good-hearted lie, as Kim simply wanted to make sure her sister got the best birthday party possible.
“So Khloe and I always talk, and like, she’ll kill me for saying this, but every time Kylie has a party, she does these huge, extravagant things,” Kim tells Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner in the sneak peek below. “She has a Halloween party, she has a Friendsgiving party, she literally has everything for her friends, and Khloe really feels such a way. Not like in a jealous way, just more like, ‘Damn, why can’t I have fun? Why wouldn’t you do something like this for your sisters?'”
“So Khloe’s birthday’s this weekend, and I feel like if anyone deserves a Kylie-thrown party, it’s Khloe,” Kim adds. Kris and Kourtney can’t agree more.
“So Kylie called Khloe and said, ‘Hey, I wanna take over your party. Just send me the list,'” she tells them. “Three seconds later, Khloe texts me, ‘Did you tell Kylie about the parties?!’ And I go, ‘No, what’re you talking about? What party?'”
Giggling, Kourtney informs Kim that “now she’s gonna know when she watches this.” Kim says she knows but is willing to “take one for the team of being a liar for her to have a better party.”
“I’m so happy that Kylie decided to take over Khloe’s birthday party. She just goes all out, and I know it’ll be amazing,” Kim later tells the camera, as flashes of Kylie’s recent blowouts take over the screen. “Khloe’s had a rough year, so I’m excited that she’s gonna have this fun birthday party, where we can just, you know, have a good time.”
While Kris agrees the idea is great and urges her daughters to “have fun,” she gleefully reminds them she won’t be in town for the festivities. As Kim puts it, “My mom is gonna be on some yacht in the middle of some ocean.”
Must be nice.
