The cast of the new season of Love & Hip Hop Miami is slowly but surely coming together. But one of our faves will not be coming back next season – Jessie Woo.
According to one of the show’s producers Jessie was not asked to return to the VH1 reality show. And the reason is because she is “too boring.”
Jessie was a social media star before joining the cast of Love & Hip Hop. When she joined, the Haitian-American beauty hoped to launch her career as a comedian, a singer, and a podcaster.
But she did not engage in the typical ratchetery – that Love & Hip Hop has become famous for.
The producer explained, “Jessie was just too boring. We get it, she’s very ‘positive’ and ‘uplifting.’ You can be all that, but you also need to have some drama in your life.” The producer continued, “That’s what the show is all about, drama.”
Jessie should have seen this coming. She was nearly fired from the show last season, for what was described at the time as “insubordination.” Jessica refused to argue with co-star Amara La Negra, despite the producers egging her on.
No telling what Jessie will be doing in her future, but given her glow up so far – we’d bet she’ll be doing big things in no time.
