Female Rapper Cupcakke Loses 50 lbs In 2 Weeks Through Water Fast!! (Pics)

Female rapper Cupcakke lost almost 50 pounds in just two weeks. And she did it by doing a “water fast.”

A “water fast” is when a person doesn’t eat anything, and just drinks water. Cupcakke’s water fast reportedly lasted two weeks.

And while the idea of consuming nothing other than water seems drastic. The results of the fast are dramatic!

Here’s Cupcakke’s new look:

“Water fast for past month & here’s my results,” she tweeted, along with two photos featuring her weight loss transformation.

But not everyone was so happy to learn that Cupcakke lost the weight – especially through fasting.

Fans were shocked by what they dub is an “extreme” and “unhealthy” diet method.

“I see a lot of praise in the replies but is no one gonna question ‘water fast’…..like please tell me she had more than water for a MONTH,” Twitter user @httpmollz wrote. “I’m concerned.”

Others urged her to be a better role model for her young, impressionable fans.

“Cupcakke, I love and support you… but please think twice before promoting this kind of thing on your twitter. A lot of young and impressionable people follow you and may try this without medical consultation, causing them to develop disordered eating,” Twitter user @VITRIOLUM, who is recovering from anorexia, wrote.

The Good Place actress Jameela Jamil, blasted CupcakKe’s methods of shedding the weight.

“Please take this down,” Jamil, a well-known BBW activist, replied. “Most people reading this may not have the medical supervision or extensive knowledge needed to even TRY to attempt this safely. The dangers are immense, and it will harm your metabolism, so isn’t even an effective tool for weight loss. It’s just very unsafe.”

The English actress continued to go in, urging the rapper to remember her influence and to “try to be very careful” with what she promotes to her fans.
